Why an ANI Franchise vs. Starting an agency myself?

We offer profit sharing after you’ve been in business one full calendar year, as well as Co-Op advertising(as long as two or more Franchisees/locations participate).As an All Nevada Insurance Franchisee you will immediately have access to hundreds of insurance carriers that write preferred and non-standard business from the moment you open your doors. If you were not a part of our system, you would need to have an established book of business as well as a minimum of three years broker experience before you can write business. Being a part of our system gives you immediate income potential.

Why ANI vs. Being a captive agent?

As an ANI franchise owner, you will have the widest selection of insurance companies to offer the clients. “Captive” agents generally sell for just one company. The average independent agent sells 6.3 companies. The average ANI agent sells more than 45 companies.

What licenses do I need to have to get started?

At this time we require franchisees to have a Property & Casualty and Life Insurance Producer license prior to starting your own agency.

Can I select my own location?

Once you are a qualified applicant, you can submit for your location approval.

 

Am I able to work from home?

Yes, please inquire on what the requirements are to work from home.

Am I able to buy an existing franchise that already has a book of business established?

Possibly. Please refer this question to our franchise team during your initial phone call.

 

Do I have to have an insurance background to be an owner?

No you do not. We will train you and support you from the beginning of your career.

 

How much does it cost to purchase a franchise?

We require $25,000 up front. Once your agency application has been approved, you will be sent our Franchise Disclosure Document for your perusal which details the finances required.

Do I get to keep my own book of business?

You own the equity in your book so you will have the opportunity to sell your own equity in the book of business you have built.

 

How much capital do I need to qualify as an ANI Franchisee?

You will need to invest $25,000 to be a part of the franchise system so you need to show that is liquid. We will also be looking for an additional $25,000 in working capital. Total assets must be at least $50,000 liquid.

 

Who are some of the carriers that you write for?

Will I get any training on how to run my own insurance agency?

Yes! We love to train and your training is on going. We have a very robust training system which includes hands on training with your fellow franchisees.

Do you offer any financing for me to start my franchise?

Once the form is completed and received by our franchise team, you will be contacted to discuss the opportunity of being a franchisee with All Nevada Insurance, Inc. dba ANI.  At this time, Nevada and Utah are the target locations, but rest assured, other locations in other states will be coming soon.

 

MEET OUR DIRECTOR OF FRANCHISE OPERATIONS.

Should you become a franchise owner with our company, you will be coached and mentored throughout your tenure. You will have an opportunity to discuss the details involved.

 

DISCOVER THE DIFFERENCE.

Regardless of your background or experience, every candidate is required to work in one of our franchise locations for one work week (five days) prior to opening their doors. This self-directed time provides immense insight into what is required to own and operate an All Nevada Insurance franchise.

 

EXECUTE YOUR FRANCHISE AGREEMENT.

After we complete a credit background check and receive all required financial documentation,we will issue you a “Franchise Disclosure Document” also known as the FDD. You will have 14-calendar days to review after signing receipt of the FDD. Upon completion of your 14-calendar day review, we will accept your $25,000 Franchise Fee so you can become an “official” ANI Franchisee.

 

10 DAYS TO SUCCESS!

You will be required to attend a 10-day training. You will learn about the systems, our carriers, our expectations of you as a business owner and have an opportunity to meet the ANI team.

 

FIND THE RIGHT SITE AND EXECUTE THE LEASE.

The franchise team will work with you and broker resources will help you in finding the right location for your agency. Once you receive site approval, you will begin negotiating your lease terms and work towards the execution of your lease. If you will need build-outs, your selected contractors will assist in creating your perfect agency. The franchise team will also work alongside you to make sure your location is to ANI code.
